01 / WHAT WE BELIEVE
GOOD THINGS HAPPEN WHEN GOOD PEOPLE GET TOGETHER.
FRIENDSHIP OVER HIERARCHY.
Great work comes from chemistry, not org charts.
PEOPLE BEFORE ROSTERS.
No fixed team that has to fit every brief. The bunch changes because the work changes.
We like people who are brilliant at what they do, hungry to try something new, and good to work with.
02 / HOW WE WORK
We don’t keep a fixed roster and squeeze every brief through the same team. We start with what the project needs, then bring together the people we believe should make it happen.
Sometimes that’s three people. Sometimes it’s ten. Sometimes it’s someone we’ve worked with for years and someone we met last week.
THE BUNCH FOLLOWS THE IDEA.
NEVER THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
03 / WHAT WE DO
WHATEVER THE BRIEF, WE KNOW A BUNCH.
From the first thought to making the whole thing happen.
And if we don’t know them yet, we’ll probably want to.
04 / SOME OF THE BUNCH
SOME OF THE BUNCH.
People we trust. People we admire. People we like making things with.

05 / OUR STORY
IT STARTED WITH THE PEOPLE.
Anna studied design. Lea studied marketing. We met at university and somewhere along the way, we met a lot of brilliant people too.
Designers, strategists, developers, photographers, makers, thinkers. People with jobs, side projects, strange skills and ideas they don’t always get to use Monday to Friday.
What they had in common was that they were good. And hungry. Hungry to make interesting things, work with people outside their usual circles and be part of projects they actually care about.
We realised we knew a lot of these people. And they didn’t necessarily know each other.
So we started connecting the dots.
A Bunch of Friends brings those people together — around an idea, a brief or something we simply think should exist.
No fixed roster. Just good people who want to make good things together.
